Give A Kid A Flag To WaveCLUB PASSES OUT FLAGS AT WEST FEST PARADE
Members of the West Fargo Exchange Club were joined by several area Scouts to pass out American Flags in advance of the City's huge annual West Fest Parade on Saturday, September 21st. Thousands of flags were passed out to kids young and old as part of the Club's Give A Kid A Flag To Wave program. Pictured here is President Tim Keller and his wife Kim.
Miss North Dakota Speaks to the ClubMISS NORTH DAKOTA SPEAKS TO THE CLUB
Miss North Dakota 2024 Sophia Richards addressed the Club at its September 17th luncheon. The NDSU graduate and local television host/producer talked about the path to her coronation and future plans. She will be participating in the Miss America pageant at the end of the year.
Tammy Askew - Exchangite of the Year 2023-24TAMMY ASKEW RECOGNIZED AS EXCHANGITE OF THE YEAR
Tammy Askew was selected as the West Fargo Exchange Club's Exchangite of the Year for 2023-24. Tammy heads up the Club's Student Recognition Program and is also an enthusiastic participant in in several other club activities. President Tim Keller presented her a plaque in recognition of her achievement.
2024 Community Awards Recipients2024 COMMUNITY AWARDS RECIPIENTS HONORED
On Tuesday, September 10th. the Club recognized three individuals for their outstanding contributions to the City of West Fargo. Sergeant Shane Orn was presented the Police Department's Employee of the Year Award, Jake Gust received the Civic Excellence Award, and Matt Breiland was honored at the Firefighter of the Year. Mayor Bernie Dardis spoke about the impact the three individuals have had in the City. Jake also was the Grand Marshal of the West Fest Parade.
